About Aimee

Experience Matters

Aimee J. Gustitis, JD, MSN, CRNP

Aimee advises caregivers and their loved ones how to comfortably and confidently age in place. Her combined nursing and legal experience encompasses over a decade serving patients and their families in long-term care, assisted living, hospital, home, and hospice settings.  After years of counseling caregivers and their loved ones from the "inside", Aimee started her own Care Management agency to bring her wealth of clinical, legal and practical knowledge to her private clients.

Our Approach

We meet virtually or in person to listen and learn about your plans to age in place. Afterwards a personalized Care Plan is created to serve as a road map for your goals. Some clients meet just few times, while others remain actively engaged for years.

Value Driven Results

Our services help families preserve hard earned assets. By providing an "insider's perspective" on the healthcare system, clients  save time and money that may otherwise be spent exploring options and services not well suited for your situation. This savings of time and money empower clients to make informed life planning decisions with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most frequent question I am asked is, "Aimee when would someone need your services?"  In response, I created a list of scenarios below for when potential clients contact me.  If you see your situation reflected in one or more of these situations please consider booking a free consultation.

  • I feel overwhelmed and resentful by the constant care and changing needs of my loved one.
  • How can I help my loved one age at home rather than move them to a continuing care community?
  • If I understood my loved one's life expectancy I would feel better prepared and able to manage their care.
  • My parent requires so much of my time that my marriage and relationship with my own children is starting to suffer.
  • My siblings are not on the same page with regards to my mother’s care and I am tired of trying to create consensus which is taking its toll on my physical and mental health.
  • My parent lives in another state and I need help managing his/her ongoing physical and emotional needs from a distance.
  • Health professionals broached the topic of hospice, but my family is not ready to take that step.
  • Despite all the doctor’s visits and medications my loved one receives, I see no real physical progress or improvement in my loved one’s quality of life.
  • My own health issues are preventing me from providing the care my spouse needs.
